• Education: Is the why. Our services involve working with you to design and implement an education program that instills the knowledge of the new process design throughout your organization and your extended supply chain.

• Software Selection: Many times current systems will not be designed to execute your new process design. You may need to acquire new technology. Our services focus on helping you make the best decision regarding acquiring new technology. Our philosophy is simple: develop test cases and select the software that most closely supports your new process design. In our experiences, if done properly, virtually no modifications will be required to new technology. Music to your IT folks, no doubt!

• Training: Is the how. Our services focus on working with you to design, develop and deliver detailed training sessions to users throughout your organization. Usually training falls under two categories: software and job-specific. Software training focuses on how to navigate around in the new technology. Job-specific training focuses on how to execute the new process using the new technology.

• Consulting: Is the ability to translate design into reality. It encompasses education, training, project management and process coaching.
